

Junior Golf Standout Beau Hossler Verbally Commits to Play in Big-12

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA.- Santa Margarita Catholic High School is pleased to announce that junior Beau Hossler has verbally committed to
University of Texas to continue his golf career.
At U.T., Hossler will join the likes of Jordan Spieth, the top-ranked collegiate player in the country. The Longhorns are the country’s top-ranked team and winners of four-straight team tournament titles. Hossler, the fifth-ranked junior player in the nation, will tee off his junior season Monday when the Eagles compete at Western Hills Country Club in Chino Hills for the Servite Invitational.
The University of Texas has developed an elite list of golfers including Tom Kite, Ben Crenshaw and most recently, Justin Leonard. The Longhorns have produced 67 All-American honors among 37 Texas golfers throughout their rich history.
