Off Season Strength and Conditioning Program
This strength and conditioning program focuses on all aspects of strength training to help improve performance and reduce injury on the field. Emphasis will be on proper fundamentals and techniques for strength lifts for all athletes.
Core work—Strength—Olympic Lifts—Plyometrics
This program is open to all boys lacrosse players interested in learning proper weightlifting techniques and fundamentals to help enhance their athletic performance.
All athletes must have a Physical Form, Emergency Card, Head Injury Information, and 2015 Player Information Sheet on file prior to participating in the program.
All athletes must wear SMCHS issued attire (shirt & shorts) and running shoes.
Training sessions times 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
All Athletes will meet in Santa Margarita Catholic High School’s state of the art weight room facility.
Athletes are expected to arrive 20 minutes prior to session start times.
August 18 - 28 Freshman and Sophomores only
