Did you know that the cost of tuition alone does not cover the expenses at SMCHS? To help us continue to offer a state-of-the-art education in a safe and
nurturing environment, we encourage every family to support our
fundraising activities throughout the year. The two areas in which you
can contribute to SMCHS through an online donation are the Eagle Fund and our Annual Gala Fundraiser, Valentasia. These two fundraisers benefit each and every student.
Every
gift made to Santa Margarita Catholic High School will be recognized in
your lifetime giving history. You may claim a tax deduction for the amount of your gift as
allowed by law. As you consider your year-end tax planning, we hope you
will consider SMCHS. Your year-end gift can significantly reduce your
income taxes, while providing meaningful support for us. No matter what your income, if
you itemize, you can almost always lower your income taxes through
charitable giving. We urge you to discuss your tax planning with your
accountant or other financial advisor.
