The SMCHS Office of Communications collaborates to heighten the awareness of our school’s mission, storied past, current endeavors, future aspirations and the value of the school’s educational experience. The office works to maintain and protect Santa Margarita Catholic High School's identity and communicates with the school’s various constituencies and communities: parents, alumni, students, prospective families and the public at large. SMCHS Social Media Policy
The SMCHS communications office is responsible for ensuring that content posted by, or on behalf of, any SMCHS department adheres to all SMCHS policies and to appropriate laws that govern the public dissemination of information. Please consult with the SMCHS communications office on questions about the implementation of a social media account.

Logo Download

The SM logo, the official logo of Santa Margarita Catholic High School, is the common thread through school communication. Deliberate, consistent use and placement of the logo reinforce the school's graphic identity and brand.

Tablet Distribution & Training
Every incoming freshman and transfer student is required to attend a Tablet Distribution & Training session prior to the start of the school year. During this session, students will receive their school-issued tablet PC and complete training on the SMHS Educational Technology program.
Freshman Prep & MUN Camp Students
Students participating in Freshman Prep or MUN Camp do not need to register separately for Tablet Training. Tablet distribution and training are included as part of those programs.

Important Information
- Students must attend the full training session.
- Parent attendance is not required.
- Students may be dropped off up to 15 minutes before the session begins.
- Prompt pickup is required at the conclusion of the session.
- Pre-registration is required.
- Walk-up registrations are not permitted.

Registration Instructions
- Log in using the student-issued SMHS username and password.
- Select an available training date and time.
- Submit registration to reserve your session.
- A confirmation email will be sent after successful registration.
- Reminder emails will be sent 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Registration Policies
Multiple Students
Families registering more than one student must complete the registration process separately for each student.
Changes & Rescheduling
Registration changes must be made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling or cancellations within 24 hours are not permitted.
Attendance Expectations
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in delayed tablet distribution prior to the start of the school year.
