Students Connect with Professional Artists at Laguna Festival of Arts

Fifty students from AP 2D Art, AP Drawing, Advanced Drawing Honors, Advanced Painting Honors, Drawing and Painting had an incredible opportunity to learn from seven accomplished Orange County artists at the juried Laguna Festival of Arts.

Students asked questions, received direct feedback and gained insight into the creative process from professional artists who generously spent the day teaching and inspiring them. They also explored the student art show, viewing work created by their peers.

With our students as the only visitors at the time, they were able to experience the professional artwork up close and without crowds. It was an inspiring day filled with learning, creativity and connection.
