Geno del Rosario joins the Santa Margarita family and will become the school’s first Director of Physical Health and Wellness

Geno del Rosario joins the Santa Margarita family as the school’s first Director of Physical Health and Wellness. Geno brings with him a wealth of knowledge, including a background in strength and conditioning, as well as the physical therapy arena. Prior to SM, del Rosario was the associate director of strength and conditioning at UCI where he began in 2015 after serving as the director of strength and conditioning at LMU, where he oversaw more than 425 student-athletes.
Del Rosario served as a physical therapy aide at Restor Physical Therapy from 2002-2003 and earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in kinesiology and physical education from Long Beach State in 2001.
A National Strength and Conditioning Association certified strength and conditioning specialist since January of 2010, del Rosario completed the CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting Certification under Coach Mike Burgener while also completing the CrossFit Football Strength and Conditioning Certification.
