Painted Pumpkin Contest Begins New Halloween Tradition on Campus

The NAHS (National Arts Honor Society) and our Varsity Arts Club have created a new tradition on campus this year – a painted pumpkin contest!

Our students have done a fantastic job creating these designs. These cleverly decorated pumpkins are currently on display in the Borchard Library. We invite all Eagles to stop by and check them out. In addition, these amazing decorations are available for purchase to the highest bidders (they are plastic and therefore can be re-used for future Halloween decorations). The pumpkins shown here are just a sampling of the wonderful creations. So stop by the Borchard Library now to see the entire collection. Pumpkins will be on display through October 30.

The talented artists who created these amazing designs are: Mary Botros ‘19, Hannah Walz ‘19, Grace Dunscombe ‘19, Evan Geiger ‘19, Sarah Chung ‘19, Mia Fineberg ‘20, Evan Tuesta ‘19, Molly Roberts ‘21, Suzie Cullen ‘20, Jack Chadwick '19, Dimitry Major ‘19, and Alyssa Alvidera '91. Well done, Eagles!
