Our IT technicians are ready to serve and support our students and families.
- The best way to get assistance is to put in a work ticket request at service.smhs.org/ just as if you were at school.
- If additional assistance is needed, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a phone number so that a technician can contact you if necessary.
- If your computer is completely down, you may bring the device to the Tech Service Center for repair. The Tech Service Center is located in the Library Media Center and operates on school days between 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
