We are extremely grateful for your support, and we want to ensure you have the best possible viewing experience. Before connecting to the livestream, we would like to make a few recommendations:
A couple of days before the livestream event, choose your viewing/streaming device.
Streaming an event is browser based (no apps). To watch the stream on a television, you can try using Airplay, Chromecast, or accessing a browser like Firefox on your Amazon Fire Stick or Smart TV to connect. Not all TV’s support modern full digital encryption and the stream might work perfectly on your device and not work when it reaches your TV. You can always watch from your original device.
Your viewing/streaming device must be connected to the internet and have good download speed (at least 70 mpbs). You can test the download speed of your device by visiting speedtest.netin any browser.
Make sure you are satisfied with the video and audio quality of your device.
On the day of the livestream event, please disconnect all unused devices from your internet network and turn off all unused devices such as smartphones, tablets, computers and gaming consoles. Also, please stop any other streaming services on your network such as Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, etc.
Please connect to your stream 30 minutes prior to showtime. Once connected, you should see a pre-show graphic and hear some pre-show music.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!
Do not attempt to disconnect from the livestream. Your access is limited to a one time use of your unique stream link/code. If you log off, or try to share your link, you will be permanently disconnected. You may attempt to refresh your browser.
Again, we thank you for your support of SMCHS Performing Arts.
