Dear SMCHS Parents,

With the arrival of the final two weeks of school upon us, we wanted to reach out with some information about two ways you can return books and classroom resources purchased through Follett, the school's book provider. This year, we have both an online and in-person option for book returns, which we hope will help create a smoother process for parents and students. OPTION 1: Online Returns

We highly recommend taking advantage of this process to avoid long lines on campus and any confusion of what was returned at the end of the year. You can sign in to your Follett Bookstore account and follow the instructions to sell back books you purchased or return books you rented. The system will generate a printable shipping label. You can then place your book returns in a box and take them to your local shipping provider to be sent back to Follett. We recommend this as the most convenient process.

OPTION 2: In Person at SMCHS

On Wednesday and Thursday, May 29-30, the team from Follett will be on campus to accept in-person returns and buybacks. Students can bring their books to the Von der Ahe Pavilion (lunch shelter) between 9 a.m.- 1 p.m., fill out a customer info form, and then work with a Follett rep to get all of their books checked in. If you have any questions or concerns, the Follett team will be happy to assist you at that time. Please note: Depending on demand, there could be wait times of up to 20-30 minutes so we ask for your patience in this process, knowing we are doing our best to ensure accuracy of returns, etc.
