MIDDLE SCHOOL Enrichment Courses
Summer fun and mind-expanding courses designed especially
for incoming 6th, 7th and 8th grade students.
All courses are subject to cancellation due to limited enrollment.
This course allows students to ask the questions of:
- Who am I?
- Who are we?
- What are my gifts and talents?
- What does God want from my life?
The goal of this course it to give students the skills and time to be reflective, develop better self-awareness, and to discern the call of God in their lives.

This six-week overview course will expose you to the “real” inspirations that led the Founding Fathers to create the most unique system of government ever realized by humans in this world. A system so special that it has been a “magnet” drawing people from all over the world to it for more than 250 years, seeking to fill that yearning all humans want,
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”
A Republic based on a “Representative Democracy” so special, that Aristotle (the great Greek Philosopher) called it the most “fragile” form of government over 2000 years ago.

Intro to Spanish
The class will cover the basic concepts of the Spanish language. Noun/adjective gender agreement, present tense verb conjugation, Ser and Estar, developing questions, common vocabulary and ways of remembering vocabulary are only of few of the concepts covered in the class. Students will be prepared and know what to expect entering the fall Spanish I class.
Class is open to 7th graders to incoming freshmen. Students will meet for two hours each class

A fun and educational camp taught by Network Sports/Entertainment Producer and Broadcaster Paul J. Higgins. Each camper will receive hands on experience and will have many opportunities to perform and perfect their skills.

- July 12, 13, 14, 15 (9am - noon)
This is an introductory course to teach the young artist how to draw characters for books, games, animation, manga, comics and more. This Drawing course will cover the core fundamentals and advanced techniques to drawing characters well — initially with pencils and paper before moving to our new computer lab for digital painting. If you’re an absolute beginner or you’re already at an intermediate level, the course will advance your current drawing ability through introduction to professional techniques.
