·Watch our pre-show video on our YouTube live platform featuring SM student performances, tribute messages and more. The YouTube link was included in the Passenger Guide and will be emailed again on Friday, November, 6.
·Have your cell phone nearby and charged for special texts during the live event and to bid in our live auction and fund-a-student campaign.
·Ensure you have registered as a bidder and place last minute bids on our exciting silent auction items as it closes at 9:00 PM that evening.
·Nibble on the Hanna’s charcuterie platter.

Here are some of the questions we have been asked – and we have answers! For this and more details please refer to the Passenger Guide above.
· How will food be packaged? All food from Hanna’s will be packaged in oven-safe containers along with detailed instructions on how to reheat.
·Do we need to rent chafing dishes? If you are hosting a large party, your food will be packaged in large oven-safe disposable containers. It is your preference if you wish to serve from this or chafing dishes. Everything has been developed so that no rentals are needed. We want this to be easy for our hosts!
· What if you have a conflict and you can’t pick up at Hanna’s? We have a wide range of times available starting at 11 AM and it should take only a few minutes. Consider asking a friend to help! If you still have a conflict, please email us at email@example.com and we will work on a solution.
· How will we watch the evening program? The program will be on YouTube Live. We recommend that you have it airing in a central location at your home so all guests can view – either on a TV (via the YouTube Smartt TV app or streaming via a device) or on a laptop/tablet, etc. The link and detailed tech tips will be emailed on Friday, November 6.
